LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services is seeking a Flyclear Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a 100% remote position and a temporary full-time contract until 31st December 2022.
Please note that candidates can be located anywhere in British Columbia Saskatchewan or Ontario for this remote opportunity
Our Flyclear Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing test results and information to travelers in an efficient and accurate manner. Maintains support services to handle travelers’ questions and concerns. This is a great role for a hands-on detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answers call from travelers and proves them with guidance on current arrival/departure Covid19 restrictions.
Helps travelers register themselves and their Covid19 home collection kits on the website ensuring accurate information is captured and proper registration of kits.
Helps travelers with reordering damaged or missing kits.
Refers questions/complaints to specialists as appropriate for follow-up
Helps travelers book their appointments for Covid19 travel testing.
Orders Covid19 home collection kits for travelers arriving or departing Canada through Land or Air.
Answers all emails and calls from travelers help troubleshoot their queries and escalate to different departments.

High school graduation
Strong communication skills
Technology savvy with experience working with outlook and different software and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate telephone system
Excellent client service skills
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable
Ability to be flexible and take a positive attitude towards change
Minimum 40 wpm and basic computer knowledge
Ability to cope in stressful situations
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication interpersonal and public relations skills
