Tutor Doctor provides one-to-one personalized tutoring both online and in person. This is a part-time contract position for the remainder of the 2021/22 school year and beyond.

As a Tutor Doctor tutor, you can be relied upon to:

• Travel to students’ homes (pre-screened for your safety)
• Schedule consistent weekly tutoring appointments with students and/or their parents
• Submit Session reports for each student

Qualifications / Requirements:

As a Tutor Doctor Tutor you are someone who has/is:

• Enrolled in or graduated from post-secondary school (minimum 1 year completed post-secondary). Teaching Certificate or retired teacher (an asset but not required).
• The ability/experience to tutor in some of the following: Elementary Jr. High or High School general subjects such as Math Science Biology Chemistry Physics English Language Arts Social Studies French reading literacy writing skills.
• Experience with the Alberta Curriculum.
• Access to a vehicle valid Driver’s License and able to travel in and around Lethbridge.
• Open to complete a criminal background check (Background checks from other agencies are accepted)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
