Security Guard Jobs in Canada, We are looking for a fit and attentive security guard to ensure that our property is protected. The security guard is responsible for recording the names of visitors, patrolling the property and apprehending any trespassers. To be successful as a security guard you must be alert and professional.
A good security guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place. As a security guard, you will make sure customers, assets and employees on the premises are safe at all times. You will watch for any unlawful or unsafe activity, keep an eye on surveillance feeds and inspect the grounds for possible hazards.
You must have an eye for detail, sound judgment and objectivity when making observations or filling out reports. You may also perform other duties as assigned.Previous experience is preferred but isn’t necessary. Security Guard Responsibilities For Security Guard Jobs in Canada
Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
