Job Responsibilities: Admin & Tech Assistant

Salary : $25 – $40 an hour

We’re looking for a VA to join our team as soon as possible starting with 20-30 hours/month with the potential to move into an employee position.

The Tech & Admin VA who joins our team will have 1-3 years of experience in virtually assisting an online business with client onboarding inbox management and technical support. This role is fully remote and the applicant must be based in Canada. Rate will be determined based on experience and skillset.

TASKS INCLUDE:

– Inbox and schedule management using GSuite and Acuity
– Client onboarding and offboarding using Dubsado
– Client and student technical support for the Thrivecart Learn+ platform
– Building and updating web pages using WordPress and Beaver Builder
– Building and updating email campaigns and automation in ActiveCampaign
– Adding captions to video materials
– Additional administrative and technical tasks as requested
